Conclusion of the contract

Registration, payment of the course fees and prices

Verbal or written registration via the online store or e-mail obliges you to pay the course fee. Non-payment of the course fee does not constitute deregistration. The course fee must be paid by the payment deadline stated on the invoice. If the course fee has not been paid by the payment deadline, the right to the course is forfeited, but not the booking, so the full invoice amount is owed. In the event of a correct cancelation, the listed cancellation costs apply.

All prices are in Swiss francs.

The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date apply to customers.

Organization of the courses and program changes

BioMedicine International AG reserves the right, for organizational reasons, to change the venue. If a speaker is unavailable then BioMedicine International AG can organize a substitute speaker. BioMedicine International AG also reserves the right to change the seminar to a webinar if the rules for meeting in the venue cannot be met.

The right to make changes to the program is reserved.

Number of participants for a course and conduct of a course

BioMedicine International AG establishes a minimum and maximum number of participants for each course. The places on the course will be confirmed in the order of registration (under the condition of timely payment of the fees).

If the places on the course are fully booked, the later registrants can be put on a waiting list. BioMedicine International AG will write an e-mail to the next registrant(s) on the waiting list if cancellations are made from participants. These registrants on the waiting list who are offered a place need to confirm attendance within 2 days, otherwise the place will be offered to the next registrant on the waiting list.

If you wish to register as a group and there are not sufficient places on a course there are three possibilities:

  • The number of free places on the course can be booked and the rest of the group is placed on the waiting list.
  • All registrants are placed on the waiting list.
  • The registration process is cancelled.

If there are not enough registrations received for a course, BioMedicine International AG has the right to cancel the course and the course fees will either no longer be due or, if already received, refunded. Costs for travel and accommodation already booked will not be taken over by BioMedicine International AG.

Exclusion from a course

BioMedicine International AG reserves the right to exclude one or more participants from a seminar for relevant reasons. However the total fees are owed, that means there would not be any part or total refund of the course fees. Relevant reasons for exclusion are for example, but not exclusively, non-payment of the course fees, harassment, malicious damage.
